Meet Me in the Hallway
I believe some of the most important work we do in our lives happens in the hallway.
The hallway is the space between what was and what comes next. Between the person you have been and the person you are becoming. Between knowing something needs to change and knowing exactly what that change looks like.
That is where I do some of my best work.
For more than twenty years, I have worked with people as they navigate change, healing, uncertainty, growth and the very human experience of trying to figure themselves out. I listen deeply. I notice patterns. I ask questions that help uncover what is underneath the noise. And I help people reconnect with their own clarity, intuition and ability to know what is right for them.
My work draws from mentoring, intuitive guidance, energy work, nervous system awareness, education and decades of experience sitting across from real people living real lives. Sometimes we are untangling something from the past. Sometimes we are regulating what is happening right now. Sometimes we are imagining an entirely different future.
You do not have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
You can arrive in the hallway.
We can start there.
