You know how sometimes the old way of doing something just doesn’t feel right anymore?

Introducing a brand new format for distance sessions.

Sessions are now done over Zoom (or phone if you prefer). We stay online/connected throughout the entire hour. Any guidance will be communicated in real time. We will also use guided visualization and meditation, Reiki and energy work-whatever the session calls for. All the while staying connected.
Each Zoom session will also be recorded and sent to you to keep.
